Do you offer refunds?
All t-shirts at modmarks are made to order. We do not offer refunds.
Why no refunds?
Because t-shirts are made to order we price shirts affordably to minimize regret.
What if my shirt is defective?
If there’s a printing error or defect, send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll usually replace it.
How do I report a defect?
Email us with photographic proof within 30 days of delivery to orders@modmarks.com. Please put HELP in the subject line and we promise, we will make it right.
Can I exchange my shirt?
Exchanges are handled case-by-case and only for defects or errors.
What charities benefit from my purchase?
